Villa Felice is newly built modern and luxurious villa located on a quiet hill just 20 minutes drive from the airport and close to sandy beaches.

An avenue of palm trees will welcome you inside the estate of Villa Felice, a typical Mediterranean-style villa. Immersed in nature, here you can live an authentic Sicilian experience.

When you arrive to Villa Felice your gaze will be captured by the breath-taking view on the landscape and the sea on the horizon.

Parking is available for your vehicle.In this area of Sicily it is possible to enjoy a mild climate all year round and you can take advantage of the outdoors even in the winter.

Pool & Relax:

A fabulously positioned chlorine-free pool with cromoterapy, waterfall and equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs will be a perfect place to admire the magnificent sunsets. Night lighting and and outdoor heated whirlpool will offer you special moments of relaxation while sipping your favorite drink.

A large covered terrace surrounds the area of the house and has a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and an outdoor dining room with kitchen decorated in Sicilian majolica, equipped with sink and hob.

A small outbuilding with bathroom and laundry is available to guests or for servants. The villa is embellished with high quality finishes and technologies in order to give the most comfortable stay to our guests. Wi-Fi network, Internet connection, USB sockets, devices for people with disabilities (tactile tables, intercom for the hearing impaired), automation system for lighting, climate and entertainment make Villa Felice a smart home.

It is distributed on two floors and both of them have balcony and windows with panoramic view on the countryside, lawn, garden and pool.

Living Room:

At the ground floor you enter into a large living room and day-area composed by designer furniture. There is chaise longue sofa bed where to chill out watching TV or reading a good book, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (electric kitchen, microwave, big refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking utensils). A little corridor gives access to the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.

The second floor has an indipendent access through the outside stair and is composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the rooms are air-conditioned and linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Night:

Last but not least, a garden surrounds the whole villa: fruit trees and vegetables can be harvested according to the season and guests can taste typical Mediterranean zero food mile products. You will find citrus fruits, figs, prickly pear, pistachio, olive trees, grapes, mulberries, plums, apricots, peaches, iazzolo pears. The explosion of scents and colors throughout the day, from the green of the lawns to the blue of the sea and the sky by day and the pink and orange when the sun sets, will be a spectacle of rare beauty and the backdrop of an unforgettable holiday.
